Verified host?

Before Mailbnb can transfer money to the host’s bank account, they need to provide all these information to the verification by Stripe:
First and last name, address, birth date, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, Employer Identification Number (EIN) and banking information.
After the successful verification, a verified icon appears on host’s profile. The listing can not be published unless the host is verified.
A registered host?

All U.S. hosts are verified and they must register with the U.S. Postal Service. Two types of identification are required.
The hosts must retain the signed duplicate copy of the Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA, Form 1583A).
If the host has submitted a signed copy to Mailbnb, a registered icon appears on host’s profile. It builds more confidence for your customers to know that you are a registered host.
Notary certified guests

All U.S. guests must present two types of identification and get an Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent (Form 1583) notarized.
The host must retain a copy of Guest’s Form 1583, Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent.
Tracked and insured mail

USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS and DHL provide security, tracking and fast delivery times.
